Yesterday I discussed the grocery bill. I wasn't sure if I was spending too much or if that is about right for 2 people. Today, I wanted to ask how you shop for meats and produce.
When we did our weekly Sprouts shopping trip, we had the intentions of buying all organic and 100% grass fed meat. However, prepared to pay more, we realized how much faster these items will eat up our budget. Do we spend $9.99/lb on 100% grass fed ground beef or $5.99/lb on the "regular" one. You are almost paying twice for the same amount. The bottom line is "what's it worth it to you?"
My health is important to me, but so is my bank account. The dilemma of which is more important. So my question to you, my audience, is how important is it to eat organic, grass-fed meats, and non-GMO products? What's your opinion on it?
