Now I've mentioned before that it's important to make a shopping list before going to the grocery store; but how many of you are finding yourself still spending a lot? What generally is a lot for you? I'm hitting around $100/week and am finding that to still be a lot for 2 people? Is it? That's roughly $400 on grocery bills on a monthly basis. That seems to be a lot of food for just 2 people... but I could be wrong.
I know for sure that I am not shopping at the cheapest grocery store out there. I just like the convenience of Sprouts because of the variety of items that are geared towards gluten free and healthy living. I know, I know... it's a marketing tactic. I should try shopping at the more local groceries. I have done the farmer's market, but I tend to spend a lot there too. Am I doing something wrong?
